Usain Bolt 100 meter Olympic Champion and World Record holder struck again in the 200m finals, eclipsing Michael Johnson 12 year old record of 19.32 set in Atlanta.
Bolt set a new World and Olympic record of 19.30 seconds to finish ahead of his opponents, and a couple moments after team mate Melanie walker set a new Olympic record of 52.64 in taking the Gold medal in the 400meters hurdles for women, breaking the 12 year old recorded by Deon Hemmings also of Jamaica, increasing our medal tally to 4 Gold and 3 Silver.
